HOME SALVATION OUR BELIEFS NEWSLETTER
Greetings in the precious name of Jesus
I know that your time is valuable and this page will hopefully honor that. We want to invite you to come by for a visit some time and see if our ministry can meet any needs you may have. 1.There are 4 worship experiences at First Baptist. We have a Bible study time and a worship service on Sunday morning. On Wednesday evening there is a prayer time and Bible study and on Saturday evening there is a worship time and fellowship. 2.Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. the Little Lamb Christian Child Care is in operation. There is most likely a waiting list but they do accept drop- ins from time to time and we are very sensitive to unexpected needs and emergencies. Please NoteIf this page fails to answer any question you have, please feel free to give us a call.

Sunday ServicesSunday morning begins with coffee and donuts at about 9:15 a.m. until 9:45 when Bible Study begins. This is a study taught by age groups up through High School with the adults meeting together. The morning worship begins at 11:00 a.m. and is a blended service. The opening segment uses contemporary praise music with guitar and piano accompaniment. The second portion is more traditional and we use a hymnal. The preaching is always from God’s Word and lasts about 25 to 30 minutes. It is aided by an outline distributed in the bulletin and a computer presentation on large screen monitors. The Saturday servicesThe Saturday evening service begins at 6:30 p.m. and all the music is contemporary using drum, guitar and piano. The preaching is the same format as Sunday but always a different text than the Sunday message. A time of fellowship either precedes or follows the Saturday worship. The Wednesday ServicesWednesday evening we meet at 7:00 p.m. for prayer and Bible Study. This is a more in depth study and questions are encouraged. |
