The devil wants the same thing from us that he wanted from Jesus. When we listen to him and give in to his temptations, that’s exactly what he is getting. Worshiping Satan is putting his garbage ahead of Christ. -Mike Wilson-

This verse puts me in mind of another time when the Lord made His enemies a “public spectacle” at Mount Carmel. The spectacle of His enemies was just as obvious at the cross to anyone willing to think it through. -Mike Wilson-

The devil knows that we are apt to let our eyes and ears deceive us into thinking less of God’s love of us than the reality of it. We never encounter anything more powerful or more persistent than God’s love. -Mike Wilson-

Defining glory is one of the more difficult endeavors we come to. The reality of it is that it must be done in the light of an encounter and interface with the Lord God Almighty. It is a challenge that never gets old and one that is never completely attained. -Mike Wilson-

One wonders just how many have been almost persuaded but remained completely lost to Christ. It seems we have so little time to share Him with the unsaved and yet we know it is more than sufficient. Were it not so He would give us more. -Mike Wilson-
